Serugo Paulous holds an M.Phil. in Gender and Development from the University of Beogen-Norway and a B.A.A from Makerere University-Kampala, majoring in Philosophy. He is also a social development consultant who has worked with many Civil Society Organisations in Uganda. Serugo is a specialist in development Ethics currently pursuing his PhD studies in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University-Nkozi, investing the effect of Biotechnology Generated Crops on Social and Economic Justice for Small Scale farmers in Central Uganda.
