The Department of Political Science and Public Administration in the Faculty of Social Sciences at Kyambogo University is proud to offer a three-year degree programme leading to the award of the degree of Bachelor of Public Administration and Resource Governance (APG). The programme is designed to train and equip students with the skills that suit the needs of the changing public and private sector environment. The target of the programme is to equip students with leadership and management skills to enable them to competently manage administrative tasks with better prospects. The administrative assignments in public and private sectors require specialized competences to be more effective, efficient and competitive in the market. The Bachelor of Public Administration and Resource Governance degree programme provides an opportunity for students to specialize in either Local Government and Development or Human Resource Management and Development.
